At KD Poolscapes, we truly work with you to create a design that complements your lifestyle while also complementing your home. We will design your poolscape within an agreed-upon budget and never use high pressure sales tactics to "close a deal." We want to build long-term relationships with our clients.

There is a design process applied to each client's backyard. With a design agreement, we will provide you with a set of plans and a contract that outlines the costs of the entire project - not just the pool. When we begin construction, our crews will be 100% dedicated 100% to seeing it through to completion. We do not work on more than one project at a time. When we build your pool you can be confident that we will use the best products along with sound construction practices that are unmatched in the pool industry today.

Communication is key to our success. Our salesperson and expeditor will visit you’re the project everyday. If you are not home, he will contact you by phone to go over what the day’s plans are. Our crews respect your property, and at the end of each day, their work area will be cleaned up. Any construction debris on driveways or walks will be power-washed. You will always know who is working on your property, because our crews wear uniforms.
